Anti-RNF36 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RNF36 is a known alias name of the protein tripartite motif containing 69, encoded by the TRIM69 gene in humans. This 500-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the apoptotic pathway and protein ubiquitination, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in the kidney and testis. Western Blot is the most common application for the RNF36 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
