Anti-RPB11 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RPB11 is a known alias name of the protein RNA polymerase II subunit J, encoded by the POLR2J gene in humans. This 117-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in transcription by RNA polymerase II, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for RPB11 include POLR2J1 and RPB11A. Western Blot is the most common application for the RPB11 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
