Anti-AOS1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the AOS1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SAE1 gene, which encodes SUMO1 activating enzyme subunit 1. The human version of AOS1 has a canonical amino acid length of 346 residues and a protein mass of 38.5 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. AOS1 is a member of the Ubiquitin-activating E1 protein family. Indicated applications for AOS1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
