Anti-CD28H antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CD28H is a known alias name of the protein transmembrane and immunoglobulin domain containing 2, encoded by the TMIGD2 gene in humans. This 282-amino acid residue protein is reported to play a role in cell-cell interaction, cell migration, and angiogenesis. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features N-glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in many tissues, such as the colon, stomach, and cerebellum. Indicated applications for CD28H antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
