Anti-SEH1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SEH1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SEH1L gene, which encodes SEH1 like nucleoporin. This protein is known to function in cell division and protein transport, among other biological roles. The human version of SEH1 has a canonical amino acid length of 360 residues and a protein mass of 39.6 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus, lysosomes, and chromosomes of cells. SEH1 is a member of the WD repeat SEC13 protein family. Indicated applications for SEH1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
