Anti-TRBV7-2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein T cell receptor beta variable 7-2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 115 amino acid residues and a mass of 12.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. TRBV7-2 is known to be involved with adaptive immune responses and receptor-mediated signaling pathways. A number of TRBV7-2 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. These antibodies are most commonly used in Flow Cytometry experiments, among other applications.
