Anti-SRGAP2C antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein SLIT-ROBO Rho GTPase activating protein 2C. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 459 amino acid residues and a mass of 53.5 kDa. It is widely expressed across many tissue types. SRGAP2C is reported to be a human-specific protein that acts as a key modifier of cortical connectivity in the human brain. Synonyms for this target antigen include SLIT-ROBO Rho GTPase activating protein 2 pseudogene 1. These SRGAP2C antibodies are widely used in ELISA experiments, among other applications.
