Anti-HCF1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The HCF1 antigen is another term for the human protein host cell factor C1, encoded by the HCFC1 gene. The protein is known to function in the cell cycle and chromatin remodeling, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 2035 residues and a mass of 208.7 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm and it is reported to be highly expressed in fetal tissues and the adult kidney. Other alias names for HCF1 include CFF, HCF, and HCF-1. Indicated applications for HCF1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
