Anti-FCT3A antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target FCT3A is a known alias name of the protein fucosyltransferase 6, encoded by the FUT6 gene in humans. This 359-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in protein glycosylation, among other biological processes. It is localized to the Golgi and is secreted of the cell and features N-glycosylated and cleaved post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in many tissues, such as the colon, urinary bladder, and appendix. Indicated applications for FCT3A antibodies listed below include Western Blot.
