Anti-GSG1L2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein GSG1 like 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 293 amino acid residues and a mass of 32.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is a member of the GSG1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include GSG1-like protein 2, germ cell-specific gene 1-like protein 2-like, putative germ cell-specific gene 1-like protein 2, and germ cell-specific gene 1-like protein 2. GSG1L2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Indicated applications for GSG1L2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
