Anti-ACO antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ACO antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the KLK15 gene, which encodes kallikrein related peptidase 15. This protein is known to function in proteolysis, among other biological roles. The human version of ACO has a canonical amino acid length of 256 residues and a protein mass of 28.1 kilodaltons, although 5 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be a secreted protein. ACO is a member of the Peptidase S1 protein family. Western Blot is the most common application for the ACO antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
