Anti-CFAP99 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein cilia and flagella associated protein 99. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 714 amino acid residues and a mass of 81.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell projections. It is a member of the CFAP99 protein family. CFAP99 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species.
