Anti-PMIS2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein PMIS2 transmembrane protein. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 150 amino acid residues and a mass of 15.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. A member of the CD225/Dispanin protein family, Pmis2 is believed to play a role in spermatozoa mobility. Synonyms for this target antigen include transmembrane protein PMIS2.
