Anti-Cytoplasmic FMR1 interacting protein 1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene CYFIP1 in humans. The gene may also be known as P140sra1, P140SRA-1, SHYC, SRA-1, cytoplasmic FMRP interacting protein 1, and selective hybridizing clone. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 145.2 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
