Anti-TRIM antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TRIM antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TRAT1 gene, which encodes T cell receptor associated transmembrane adaptor 1. This protein is known to function in adaptive immune responses and signal transduction pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of TRIM has a canonical amino acid length of 186 residues and a protein mass of 21.2 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the colon and lymph node. Other names for this target antigen include HSPC062 and TCRIM. Indicated applications for TRIM antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
