Anti-Junctate antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Junctate is a known alias name of the protein aspartate beta-hydroxylase, encoded by the ASPH gene in humans. This 758-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cell proliferation, among other biological processes. It is localized to the ER of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. Other synonyms for Junctate include AAH, BAH, and CASQ2BP1. Indicated applications for Junctate antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
