Anti-RASSF3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein Ras association domain family member 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 238 amino acid residues and a mass of 27.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is widely expressed across many tissue types. RASSF3 is known to be involved with signal transduction pathways.
The RASSF3 marker can be used to identify Dorsal Excitatory Neurons.* Synonyms for this target antigen include Ras association (RalGDS/AF-6) domain family 3, Ras association (RalGDS/AF-6) domain family member 3, and ras association domain-containing protein 3. RASSF3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some RASSF3 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
