Anti-LRRC70 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 70. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 622 amino acid residues and a mass of 70.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is reported to be expressed at low levels in many tissues, including smooth muscle, brain, uterus, pancreas, cartilage, adipose, spleen and testis. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 70 and synleurin. LRRC70 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the LRRC70 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
