Anti-SARP2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SARP2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SFRP1 gene, which encodes secreted frizzled related protein 1. This protein is known to function in the Wnt signaling pathway, among other biological roles. The human version of SARP2 has a canonical amino acid length of 314 residues and a protein mass of 35.4 kilodaltons. It is reported to be a secreted protein that is notably expressed in the testis. Other names for this target antigen include FRP, FRP-1, and FRP1. Western Blot is the most common application for the SARP2 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
