Anti-Glutaredoxin antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene GLRX in humans. The Glutaredoxin protein has a reported amino acid length of 106 and an expected mass of 11.8 kDa. The protein may also be known as GRX, GRX1, glutaredoxin-1, and TTase-1. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
