Anti-RALDH2-T antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RALDH2-T is a known alias name of the protein aldehyde dehydrogenase 1 family member A2, encoded by the ALDH1A2 gene in humans. This 518-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in blood vessel development and cell proliferation, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for RALDH2-T include DIH4, RALDH(II), and RALDH2. Western Blot is the most common application for the RALDH2-T antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
