Gp36, or Podoplanin, is a human gene encoded by PDPN. It may also be known as: Aggrus; Glycoprotein 36; Gp36; PA2.26 antigen; T1-alpha; T1A; lung type I cell membrane associated glycoprotein; Gp38; HT1A-1; OTS8; PA2.26; T1A-2; T1A2; TI1A. The encoded protein has an amino acid length of 162 and a mass of 16.7 kDa. Other isoforms may exist. Gp36 is a member of the Podoplanin family.
