Anti-BORG3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the BORG3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CDC42EP5 gene, which encodes CDC42 effector protein 5. This protein is known to function in the regulation of cell shape, among other biological roles. The human version of BORG3 has a canonical amino acid length of 148 residues and a protein mass of 15.2 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the membrane and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the small intestine, kidney, fallopian tube, duodenum, and colon. BORG3 is a member of the BORG/CEP protein family. Indicated applications for BORG3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
