Anti-RNF25 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ring finger protein 25. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 459 amino acid residues and a mass of 51.2 kDa. RNF25 is known to be involved with NF-kappaB signaling pathways and protein ubiquitination. Post-translational modifications have been described, including ubiquitination. Synonyms for this target antigen include RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase RNF25, ring finger protein AO7, and E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF25. RNF25 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the RNF25 antibodies listed below. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
