Anti-Dishevelled segment polarity protein 2 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene DVL2 in humans. The gene may also be known as segment polarity protein dishevelled homolog DVL-2, and dishevelled 2 (homologous to Drosophila dsh). Structurally, the protein is reported to be 78.9 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey and mouse orthologs may also be found.
