Anti-DUSP28 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein dual specificity phosphatase 28. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 176 amino acid residues and a mass of 18.3 kDa. A member of the Protein-tyrosine phosphatase protein family, DUSP28 is known to have phosphatase activity with the synthetic substrate 6,8-difluoro-4-methylumbelliferyl phosphate (in vitro). DUSP28 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the DUSP28 antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunocytochemistry is also a common application.
