Anti-F6 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the F6 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ATP5PF gene, which encodes ATP synthase peripheral stalk subunit F6. The human version of F6 has a canonical amino acid length of 108 residues and a protein mass of 12.6 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the mitochondria of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include ATP5, ATP5, and ATP5A. Some F6 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Indicated applications for the antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
