Anti-RWDD2A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein RWD domain containing 2A. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 292 amino acid residues and a mass of 33.9 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include RWD domain-containing protein 2A and RWD domain containing 2. RWDD2A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Over 270 citations in the literature describe the use of Rwdd2a antibodies in research. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
