Anti-LRRC75A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 75A. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 344 amino acid residues and a mass of 37.8 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the LRRC75 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include family with sequence similarity 211, member A, leucine-rich repeat-containing protein C17orf76, leucine-rich repeat-containing protein FAM211A, and leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 75A. LRRC75A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These LRRC75A antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
