Anti-TRBP2 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The TRBP2 antigen is another term for the human protein TARBP2 subunit of RISC loading complex, encoded by the TARBP2 gene. The protein is known to be required for formation of the RNA induced silencing complex (RISC). Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 366 residues and a mass of 39 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. The TRBP2 protein is a member of the TARBP2 protein family. Other alias names for TRBP2 include LOQS, TRBP, and TRBP1. Indicated applications for TRBP2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
