Anti-CFAP74 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein cilia and flagella associated protein 74. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1584 amino acid residues and a mass of 178.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the testis. It is a member of the CFAP74 protein family. CFAP74 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the CFAP74 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
