Anti-PRR27 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein proline rich 27. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 219 amino acid residues and a mass of 22.7 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. It is notably expressed in the salivary gland. Synonyms for this target antigen include proline-rich protein 27. PRR27 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the PRR27 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
