Anti-NUDT17 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein nudix hydrolase 17. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 328 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.9 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the Nudix hydrolase protein family, NUDT17 is suspected to be mediates the hydrolysis of some nucleoside diphosphate derivatives. Synonyms for this target antigen include nudix (nucleoside diphosphate linked moiety X)-type motif 17, nudix motif 17, and nucleoside diphosphate-linked moiety X motif 17. NUDT17 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the NUDT17 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
