Anti-ZNF786 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 786. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 782 amino acid residues and a mass of 89.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF786 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF786 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF786 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
