Anti-NOGO Receptor antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target NOGO Receptor is a known alias name of the protein reticulon 4 receptor, encoded by the RTN4R gene in humans. This 473-amino acid residue protein is a known receptor for RTN4, OMG and MAG. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features O-glycosylated and N-glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be widely expressed in the brain but highest levels in the gray matter. Other synonyms for NOGO Receptor include Nogo-66 receptor, UNQ330/PRO526, and nogo receptor. Indicated applications for NOGO Receptor antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
