Anti-TMEM69 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein 69. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 247 amino acid residues and a mass of 27.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the adrenal gland and parathyroid gland. Synonyms for this target antigen include C1orf154. TMEM69 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for TMEM69 antibodies.
