Anti-PNRC1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein proline rich nuclear receptor coactivator 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 327 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be expressed in the liver, lung, fat and NK/T cells. It is a member of the PNRC protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include PNAS-145, PROL2, PRR2, proline rich 2 protein, proline-rich polypeptide 2, and B4-2. PNRC1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the PNRC1 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
