Anti-INTS4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein integrator complex subunit 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 963 amino acid residues and a mass of 108.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Integrator subunit 4 protein family, Ints4 is a known component of the Integrator (INT) complex, a complex involved in the small nuclear RNAs (snRNA) U1 and U2 transcription and in their 3'-box-dependent processing. Synonyms for this target antigen include MSTP093. INTS4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of Ints4 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. These antibodies are most commonly used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
