Anti-SLAIN1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein SLAIN motif family member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 568 amino acid residues and a mass of 60.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be expressed in embryonic stem cells. It is a member of the SLAIN motif-containing protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include SLAIN motif-containing protein 1. SLAIN1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. ELISA is the most common application for the SLAIN1 antibodies listed below. Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
