Anti-UBTD1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ubiquitin domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 227 amino acid residues and a mass of 25.9 kDa. UBTD1 is suspected to be involved in the regulation of cellular senescence through a positive feedback loop with TP53. Synonyms for this target antigen include ubiquitin domain-containing protein 1. UBTD1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some Ubtd1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
