Anti-ZFP30 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ZFP30 zinc finger protein. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 519 amino acid residues and a mass of 61.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZFP30 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include zinc finger protein 30 homolog, zinc finger protein 745, and ZNF745. ZFP30 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZFP30 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
