Anti-ZNF648 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 648. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 568 amino acid residues and a mass of 62.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF648 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF648 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF648 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Flow Cytometry are also common applications.
