Anti-LRRC37B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 37B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 947 amino acid residues and a mass of 105.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bronchus, vagina, and bone marrow. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 37B, C66 SLIT-like testicular protein, and LRRC37. Western Blot is a widely used application for the LRRC37B antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
