Anti-FAM129B antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target FAM129B is a known alias name of the protein niban apoptosis regulator 2, encoded by the NIBAN2 gene in humans. This 746-amino acid residue protein is believed to play a role in apoptosis suppression. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. These FAM129B antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
