Anti-ZNF574 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 574. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 896 amino acid residues and a mass of 98.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the cerebellum, urinary bladder, and caudate. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF574 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF574 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the ZNF574 antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
