Anti-CTRP3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CTRP3 is a known alias name of the protein C1q and TNF related 3, encoded by the C1QTNF3 gene in humans. This 246-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in fat cell differentiation and the regulation of gene expression, among other biological processes. The protein is secreted and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in colon and small intestine. Indicated applications for CTRP3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
