Anti-WDR74 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein WD repeat domain 74. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 385 amino acid residues and a mass of 42.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. WDR74 is known to be involved with rRNA processing. Synonyms for this target antigen include WD repeat-containing protein 74, NOP seven-associated protein 1, and Nsa1. WDR74 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Some WDR74 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
