Anti-LRRC37A3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 37 member A3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1634 amino acid residues and a mass of 180.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is notably expressed in the testis. It is a member of the LRRC37A protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 37A3. These LRRC37A3 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
