Anti-VILIP1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target VILIP1 is a known alias name of the protein visinin like 1, encoded by the VSNL1 gene in humans. This 191-amino acid residue protein is reported to regulate (in vitro) the inhibition of rhodopsin phosphorylation in a calcium-dependent manner. Other synonyms for VILIP1 include HLP3, HPCAL3, and HUVISL1. Western Blot is the most common application for the VILIP1 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
