Anti-BORG1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target BORG1 is a known alias name of the protein CDC42 effector protein 2, encoded by the CDC42EP2 gene in humans. This 210-amino acid residue protein is suspected to be involved in the organization of the actin cytoskeleton. It is localized to the membrane and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in the heart. Indicated applications for BORG1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
